How To Order

Simply click on the 'Add to Cart' Buttons underneath the product/s you wish purchase, confirming the quantity required. Each item will be added to the shopping cart. You can check the cart at any time or edit the contents of your cart to remove or add items.

We use PayPal to process payment at the checkout stage. PayPal is a trusted name in online security. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase goods through PayPal.

PayPal allows us to accept all major forms of payment including credit card, debit card, bank transfer.

Here’s how the checkout works:

Enter your name and shipping address.
Enter payment details (eg credit card), email address, and phone number.
(Optional) After reviewing the information, you may choose to save your information by creating a PayPal account to make future transactions faster.

There is absolutely no commitment to purchase until you enter payment details and should you change your mind after purchasing, you are entitled under UK legislation to a 7 day cooling off period. Please see Tina Free Jewellery Returns and Refund Policy for further information.

After Ordering

You will receive an email from Tina Free Jewellery confirming your order and estimated delivery times. You will also receive an email from PayPal. We aim to process and dispatch your order within 14 working days, usually sooner. Please advise us if your order is urgent and we will do our best to ensure extra speedy dispatch.
